With 26 years of honorable military service, Yulin Wright brings over three decades of leadership and operational expertise to commercial and residential construction and maintenance. Following his military service, he advanced his career in the private sector as a Compliance Officer, overseeing quality assurance in a San Diego construction fabrication plant and ensuring products met rigorous industry standards.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Yulin has purchased and sold single-family homes, gaining hands-on investment experience that laid the foundation for his transition into multifamily real estate acquisitions. Ms. Lan Castro is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer of MultiFamily Capital Enterprises with over 20 years of prior experience deeply rooted in the vast landscape of healthcare and clinical research, particularly in managing enterprise-critical global oncology trials.
